Refund Policy
We have a 100-day return policy. This means you have 100 days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn and unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@indymodehuis.com. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

In the event of a return (if applicable), Indy Modehuis will refund all amounts received from the consumer, excluding the shipping costs for delivery of the goods, without undue delay and in any case no later than 10 business days from the date the seller receives the returned package. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Any payments you have made, excluding the shipping costs for the goods as specified in the terms and conditions, will be refunded to you without undue delay, but no later than 10 business days from the date we receive your returned package. The seller will make the refund using the same payment method the consumer used for the original transaction, unless the consumer agrees to a different solution. Under no circumstances will the consumer incur any fees related to this refund.
Consumer complaints – Defective product
If the goods purchased from Indy Modehuis are defective, you have the right to file a complaint. Regarding the defect, you can request:
- replacement of the article with an article without defects,
- repair of the defect,
- price reduction.
You can file a complaint within one year of discovering the defect, provided that the complaint period does not expire before the end of the product's warranty period. Your complaint will be assessed (and answered) within 30 days of the date we receive your complaint.
