Shipping Policy

Delivery time:
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day of payment. Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday. After your order is processed, it takes approximately 3 to 6 business days for the item to arrive.

Requests to change the delivery
address can be honored as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at info@indymodehuis.com.

Incorrect Shipping Address
We are unable to issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Exceeding the estimated delivery time
If the delivery time is longer than the estimated duration, we ask you to contact us so we can start an investigation.

Track & Trace Number
Customers will receive a tracking link after shipment, allowing them to monitor the progress of their shipment based on the latest information from the carrier.

Damaged Packages in Transit:
If you receive a damaged package, please refuse it if possible and contact Viktorias customer service immediately. If the package was delivered in your absence, please contact customer service for further instructions.

Sales tax and VAT
Sales tax and/or VAT are already included in the listed prices of the products on our website.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted as long as the package has not yet been shipped. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

Lost Packages in Transit
Refunds or replacement shipments will be processed after the carrier has completed its investigation into the damage or loss.

Lost packages after delivery:
For packages reported missing after confirmed delivery by the carrier, we may conduct additional investigation. For added peace of mind, you can choose express shipping with personal delivery.
